Jules Jouant (French, 1863-1921)
Jules Jouant was a French sculptor who studied under Auguste Rodin at the Ecole des beaux arts in Paris. Jouant is known for his sculptural works created in the art nouveau style. Some of his well-known works are the bust of Prince Gedroyc and busts of musicians Richard Wagner, Frederic Chopin, and Ludwig van Beethoven.

Julian Falat (Polish, 1863-1929)
Julian Falat was one of the most prolific Polish watercolorists, one of the country’s foremost landscapists, and a leading impressionist. Falat studied at the Krakow School of Fine Arts under Wladyslaw Luszczkiewicz, then at the Art Academy of Munich. In the course of his 1885 travels around Europe and Asia, he complied studies which were conducive to the development of his art. Themes typical of Falat’s works are Polish landscapes, hunting scenes, portraits, and travel observations.
