*Model 1899 Springfield Krag Carbine*Model 1899 Springfield Krag Carbine .30-40 caliber 22'' round barrel S/N 362133. 1901 carbine rear barrel sight with ''C'' marking on the side of base. Walnut stock and 99 hand-guard. Condition: Barrel retains 98% of the original blue finish. Some light scratches around the muzzle case by a sight protector putting on and taking it off. Receiver retains 99% of the original blue mottled finish. Stock and forearm are in almost mint condition with some very minute nicks. Excellent ''JSA/1901'' cartouche. This is for the collector that wants a great one.

Correct 1898 band; front sight with sight protector. Walnut stock with cartouche 1899/JSA. Condition: This is a very fine carbine retaining 95% of the barrel blue. Receiver has a mottled grey look. Stock is excellent with some very minor nicks and dings. Hand-guard and stock are evenly matched and appears to have been together since leaving the arsenal.
