  PAIR MAURIZIO TEMPESTINI MCM ALABASTER LAMPSPair of Maurizio Tempestini (Italian, 1908-1960) mid-century modern alabaster table lamps. Carefully carved with a twisted form. With glass finials and ebonized wood bases. (Each) Alabaster; Height: 14 in x width: 7 in x depth: 4 in. Total height of lamps: 30 in. Condition: The items are in good condition with no visible cracks, or major dents, or losses. Wear throughout. Oxidation to metal components as expected. No visible chips or cracks to the glass balls on top. Light discoloration and natural lines throughout to the white body, particularly towards the base; along the carved areas, there are minute chips that do not significantly alter the overall appearance. Both lamps have a drill hole near the base, as shown in the listing image. Wear to the underside, consistent with age and use. When inspected under UV light, there is no visible sign of restoration.
