Generally good condition, some with toning, some edge wear.
HOTEL BELLEVIEW, BELLEAIR, CHROMOLITHOGRAPH,HOTEL BELLEVIEW, BELLEAIR, CHROMOLITHOGRAPH, 19C19th century chromolithograph advertising print for the HOTEL BELLEVIEW. The hotel was constructed by Henry B. Plant in 1897 as a tourist destination in order to boost travel on his railroad. It would later become the BELLEVIEW BILTMORE, and The BELLVIEW INN in succession. Listed on the National Registry of Historic Places. Harvey & Wood label attached. Image shows hotel flying the American flag, as well as a small steamboat, sailboat and numerous horses in various activities. Belleair is located near Clearwater in the Tampa Bay area. Spotty toning. Some loss including holes. See photos. Framed size is 33 1/2" x 23 1/2".

The photo was mounted back on cardboard long ago. The cardboard has both lower corners bent and cracked. Photo is clean and quite detailed, with the hotel name above the entry quite visible.
