Baker O'Brien (American Contemporary) Hot Glass Sculpture. Heavy organic form with interior color layering polished pontil engraved on the underside "Baker 1988 Labino Studio". Baker O'Brien was the only apprentice of Dominick Labino pioneer of the studio glass movement having worked directly with the great master and now working under the name of Labino Studio. The beauty of her work is the complexity of color in her simple shapes constantly changing with changes in the light.
