Antanas Brazdys (Lithuanian, b.1939); stainless steel modernist sculpture in the style of Brancusi; 32 1/2"H; engraved signature at base with IV/V. Brazdys was born in Lithuania, educated in the United States at the Art Institute of Chicago, and especially well known in England, where he has lived since 1961. He has had one man shows in London and New York, along with many important group exhibitions.
