1 teaspoon and the Lemon & Kendrick tablespoon both have repaired tear to bowls and wear to end of bowls. Several other spoons exhibit dents and wear to tips of bowls and some wear to marks. Most pieces monogrammed.

Marshall, working Louisville 1836-1858+, eighteen (18) pieces total. 1st item: Octagonal cup with c-scroll handle and is monogrammed George Brown Lapping, with incuse stamp A.G. MEDLEY LOUISVILLE to underside. Undated, circa 1845. 3 1/2" H (including handle). 2nd-18th items: Seventeen (17) pieces Marshall flatware, including 10 dessert spoons, all monogrammed C or CS; 4 teaspoons with assorted monograms; 2 tablespoons; and 1 salt spoon with shell bowl, also with assorted monograms. Tablespoons, salt spoon and 2 teaspoons are stamped J.C. MARSHALL in rectangles on backs (1 of the 2 teaspoons has additional pseudo hallmarks). The remaining 2 teaspoons have incuse stamps MARSHELL LOUISVILLE with star and/or flower marks. Dessert spoons all have incuse stamps MARSHELL LOUISVILLE with pseudo hallmarks. Tablespoons have wear to tips of bowls and to marks. Salt shovel has worn ends but good distinct mark. R. Frazer teaspoon has spot of corrosion at end of handle. 1 Frazer Jr. teaspoon with small tear and several dents to bowl; other teaspoons and ladle with some wear (including to some marks) and minor dents. Most pieces monogrammed.
