- KENTUCKY STYLE RIFLE .34CAL 31
KENTUCKY STYLE RIFLE .34CAL 31 ¾" barrel 47" overall length A Typical Kentucky small bore percussion rifle (may have started as flintlock) that has suffered the ravages of time. The barrel is about one inch across the flats. The lock suffers from a large amount of pitting, making identification of markings guesswork. The stock was a multitude of splits, and has been refinished with a modern firearms stock product, the brass original furniture
has been highly machine polished. Restoration is possible, but is a big job, to overcome the poor
restoration attempts.
