This lot has not been examined by a professional technician or harpist. We do not have any information about the harp's maintenance or repair history, but it likely remained undisturbed for a long time with the strings tuned and sounding board under pressure, and is likely in need of restoration. Some scratches and bumps to frame, minor cracks and small losses to gilding on pillar, sounding board and box with some scratches and small edge bumps/chips, maker's plate with patination, tarnish, and some polish wear, harp missing several strings, some strings broken, needs re-stringing and tuning, tuning discs possibly in need of adjustment, pedals operable at time of inspection
