PR. MEISSEN ANTIQUE RETICULATED CABINET PLATESPair of antique Meissen reticulated cabinet plates produced in Germany in the 1860's, each with under-glazed crossed sword markings. The plates' centers have cobalt blue grounds framed by an ornate gilded cartouche. One has a courting scene with 2 figures and one with 3 figures walking, in detailed landscapes. They have elaborate reticulated borders with tiny raised rosettes in blue and gold and the backs have detailed gilded designs as well. Measures 9.5"W x 1"D.
