XII, JULY 11, 1868FIRE-WORKS ON THE NIGHT OF THE FOURTH OF JULY After Winslow Homer, a wood cut engraving page 445, depicting a large crowd of onlookers, the opposing page 446 contains a related article titled, The Fourth in Town and Country, as well as advertisements, two of which are for Campaign Metals and Badges, and Aluminum Improved Bronze; a commentary on Wolcott’s Pain Paint, healing ability from a victim of a Bowery explosion that occurred on the 1st, framed between two glass panels. Measuring 16.25 by 11 in., overall 20 by 15 in. (Cond: some discoloration, tattered edges, very small tear at the edges)
