The coconut ladle tested as 69% silver and the ladle with a gold wash tested as 77.3% silver.

Condition:
The ladles are in generally good condition with no major losses, cracks, or dents. The smaller ladle has wear throughout; heavy wear along the interior of the bowl of the ladle as expected from its age and use. There is light oxidation in the silver part of the ladle. There is a minute loss to the top of the handle. The larger ladle has wear throughout, particularly to the wooden handle. There is light oxidation to the metal part; along the exterior of the bowl, there is a network of dark spots, most likely due to oxidation. Both do not show a sign of restoration under UV inspection.
