Several plaques from the same group are known, all with evidence of fire damage and having varying degrees of scorched and bubbled paint. Each is originally inscribed on the back in Roman numerals with its number in the series -- this one is #XI, preparing for the crucifixion. As-found condition with smoke damage and blistering of original paint; a hand is missing on the figure at the right. Quebec, 1870-80.
