  Vintage c1950 Flowers in Star Quilt measures 71x86''. Comprised of 25 complete 6 pointed stars measuring 16.5'' across, they are staggered 3x5, with partial stars along top and bottom. There is a 2.5'' pink outer border. Each star shape has a yellow hexagon center surrounded by 6 pentagon points. Each point has a sweet flower in the center. They are set together with pink diamond shapes. It is hand a machine pieced, hand appliqued, hand embroidered, and hand quilted. Medium loft cotton batting and a white cotton reverse. The edge is finished knife edge style with a facing on the back. It is in very good condition with just a few small spots. If you have any doubt, please ask questions!
