Countersigned by Jonathan Trumbull Jr. Military Secretary and Jonathan Pugh Adjutant. Accompanied by Charles Hamilton Autographs Inc. letter of authenticity dated June 21 1957. ? Condition: Heavy wear to document; with separation along folds; some loss to "G" as a result to loss at fold; scattered staining to document.?
