AN IMPORTANT MINTON ORMOLU MOUNTED MAJOLICA JARDINIERE AND PEDESTAL 1871, composed of a pedestal of triangular storks, overlooking three mermaids, which supports a wide basin mounted with ormolu acanthus leaves in high relief. The basin repeats the aquatic theme, having a rim encircled with a band of three-dimensional lustrous pottery pearls above a running water lily design over scallop shells. The underside is impressed with shape 130 and "Minton" with cypher mark.

English Oval Jardiniere by Minton, shape 1400, with date mark for 1880, with putti form side handles, each side festooned with foliate swags centered by satyr masks, pink glazed interior, set on an oval base, base stamped 'Minton' and '1400', 8" high, 17 3/4" x 9 1/4". A few small unglazed areas, craquelure interior surface.

MINTON MAJOLICA VASE 19th century, which features climbing cherubs and waterlilies against a turquoise blue ground. The underside of the vase bears maker's marks for the Minton pottery, a pattern number "1732," and a factory specific date cipher which, although a faint impression, appears as "M" for 1870.

19TH CENTURY MINTON MAJOLICA GAME DISHGame dish with Rabbit, Duck and pheasant
19th Century Minton Majolica Game Dish. The game dish has a brown basketweave base that is decorated with green oak leaves and acorns. The green oak leaf branches are woven into the brown basketweave. The lid is decorated with game -- a large rabbit at the center with a duck on one side, and a dark game bird on the other side of the rabbit. They are on a bed of green leaves and ferns. The brown curved wood shaped lid handle is decorated with green oak leaves on each end. The base has two handles that have a green branch shape -- tied with the brown basketweave. The base rests on four curved brown wood-shaped feet. The interior of the dish and the bottom of the lid are both a blue color.This dish has the original insert in great condition, impressed marks on bottom #George Jones
