Sinatra" then "Frank Sinatra" then "Good luck ..." The third signature is unfortunately illegible (but worth deciphering -- that person was dining with Sinatra, after all). Mia Farrow's signature as Mia Sinatra is exceedingly rare, and it dates the piece definitively to 1966-1968. Another outside panel is signed by Leland Heyward, Hollywood and Broadway producer and agent who produced the stage versions of South Pacific and The Sound of Music.
