When you sign up for a new membership, you should receive an automated welcome email with your login details and further instructions. Please check your inbox and ensure that our email has not been blocked by your spam filters.
Lost My Password:
If you’ve forgotten your password, please use the "Forgot Password?" link located at the top-right of any page or click Forgot Password? to reset it quickly and securely via email. Remember, your password is case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as you created it.
If you're already a member and want to upgrade to our 3-in-1 Combo membership (saving over 20%) or add another service, log in to your account and click any "Add Now" link at the top of the page. You can then select and register for additional services while keeping your same login details.
To switch from a Monthly to an Annual Plan (and save the equivalent of two months' fees), follow the same steps.
Our minimum subscription is 30 days, and we don’t offer free trials. When you sign up for a Monthly plan, you get unlimited access for at least 30 days. You can cancel anytime before renewal if you don’t want to continue. Whether you need access for one search or ongoing research, the minimum commitment is 30 days.
