CASED WORCESTER FIVE-SHOT PEPPERBOX PERCUSSION PISTOL Marked WORCESTER and PATENTED 1845 on 2-1/2 in. barrel with .32 caliber bore; fancy engraving and two-piece walnut grips; the velvet-lined rosewood case contains a wooden ramrod, brass shot mold, screwdriver, 18 round balls, and a tin of Winchester percussion caps; a crudely fashioned 20th century bone presentation plaque is glued into a recessed area on the lid.

A. WATERS MODEL 1836 FLINTLOCK PISTOLAn extremely nice US Model 1836 single shot flintlock pistol, dated 1841, with exceptionally clear martial marks on lock, stock, and barrel. The barrel is marked US over JH over P, and two oval cartouches are clearly visible on the stock. Dimensions: 14 inches long overall, with the barrel being 8.5 inches long. Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $32.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance.
Condition:
Very good, with staining on the barrel and mounts, but no abuse or wear. There is a small crack just in front of the lock, and a couple of minor scratches. The lockplate is dark, but the markings are exceptional. The screw on the cock is possibly a replacement. There is minor pitting above the vent hole, and at the muzzle.
