Inserted into the 1st program is a printed Grand Opening label. The 1st program lists among its "ring events" for July 10, 1912, the boxing match between Phila. Jack O'Brien and Young Jack O'Brien. Designed by the Philadelphia architect Frederick Webber & represented as a theater, the Olympia at Broad Street below Bainbridge was nevertheless the first boxing arena built as such in the United States.
