Provenance: Princess Gayatri Devi, 3rd Maharani of Jaipur, now Rajmata of Jaipur (b. 1919); this tray was one of one hundred made as part of her dowry, presented at her wedding to Maharajah Sawai Man Singh II (1911-1970) in 1939.   An Imperial Russian Enameled Coronation Beaker Dated 1896 A rare transfer enameled beaker made as a souvenir of the 1896 coronation of Imperial Russia's last monarchs Czar Nicholas II and Czarina Alexandra Feodorovna. One side of the beaker features the Imperial doubled-headed eagle and the reverse shows the Imperial cipher. The remainder of the body is decorated with traditional Russian strapwork. No marks found. Measures apprx. 4-1/8"T x 3-3/4"D at the widest point.
