Engraved on the breech and takedown lever.? Finely checkered forearm with ebony tip?and pistol grip buttstock. Hard rubber buttplate with hunting panel. Condition: Barrels retains 98% of the brown Damascus finish.?Locks and frame retain most of the case colors just lightly muted. Stock and forearm?is excellent.

Condition: Very good condition with excellent bores. It retains most of its original blue barrel finish with some thinning and minor scratches. The receiver retains ca 50% original case colors. The stocks are very good to near excellent with no major defects. The pad is deteriorated.

Butt plate has considerable wear consistent with use in the field.

Fancy checkered wood buttstock beavertail forearm. See Brophy (1991: 116). Condition: Barrels retaining ca 95% blue finish with some thinning at the breech end ca 40% original case coloring thinning to a silvery grey. Bores are in excellent condition. Buttstock has a .25'' solid crack at the left side of the lower tang. Buttstock and forearm are excellent.
