C. 1912 COLT POLICE POSITIVE SPECIAL 32 REVOLVERThis lot offers you a Colt Police Positive revolver, chambered for .32 CTG, and a leather holster. This colt was manufactured in 1912. The piece features a 6" barrel with nickel finish, blue'd frame, and six shot cylinder. The pistol features original checkered hard rubber COLT factory grips. The top of the barrel is marked "Colt"s PT F.A. MFG Co. Hartford CT. U.S.A. Pat'd Aug 5. 1884. July 4. 1905. Oct 5. 1926.”, with the left side of the barrel marked "Police Positive-32 Police CTG." The cylinder release displays a checkered pattern design. This revolver shows good condition, with wear and handling marks from use. The mechanics function smoothly and are tight. The bore is in good condition, with good rifling. Appears to be a rare example with factory original nickel finish barrel with blue frame and black Colt grips, an uncommon factory firearm. The revolver comes with a handmade leather holster with hand tooled floral designs. Serial Number: 103219, noted by Colt as Police Positive .32 & Police Positive Target .32 manufactured in 1912. This firearm qualifies as a Curio & Relic firearm and requires FFL Transfer or NICS Background Check.

*Colt Pre-War Hand Guns Lot of Two in Boxes 1) Police Positive .32 Police cal. 4" barrel S/N 193721. Nickel finish hard rubber grips ?1923 date of mfg. Excellent condition with an excellent bore. This gun has been well cared for and retains all of the original nickel finish with only minor handling marks and light scratches. It would benefit from a thorough cleaning and polishing.?The grips are excellent and the box is very good with moderate wear on the edges. The manual and cleaning brush are present and the box is numbered to the gun with a pencil and is fading and hard to read.?This is a clean and collectible Colt.?2) Model 1903 .32?ACP cal. S/N 87216. Blue finish hard rubber grips.?Original Colt box (likely from a later gun) 1909 date of mfg. early model with barrel bushing. Very good condition with a good bore.?It retains ca 50% original blue finish with most loss on the slide and gripstraps.?The bore is good but will likely clean to better condition while the original grips are very good to near excellent.?The box is very good with minor wear.

It retains ca 70% original blue finish with most loss on the gripstraps and left side of the barrel.? There is some minor rust pitting scattered about and the grips are excellent.??2) Police Positive .32 Police cal. 4" barrel S/N 87759. Blue finish hard rubber grips. Very good condition with a fair to poor bore with some heavy pitting throughout.? It retains ca 90+ original blue finish and the grips are excellent.
