Smith & Wesson 44 Double-Action Revolver .44-40 caliber 6.5'' ribbed round barrel S/N 47272. 1.56'' top strap and cylinder; nickel finish with pearl grips. Condition: Barrel cylinder and frame are grey with brown spots scttered throughout the metal. Triggerguard has some blue mixing with brown patina. Two chips out of the right grip one at the top and one at the bottom. Grips with nice mellowed yellow look.

Kentucky Flintlock by Wart .40 caliber 44" octagonal barrel. Name engraved on the top flat of barrel near the breech with snake-like border lines front and back.?Face of muzzle with border lines engraved on the face.?Buckhorn?rear sight with blade front sight. Silver thumb rest on back of wrist and silver eight-pointed star on cheek piece.? Engraved four-piece patchbox. Sideplate ?toeplate ?triggerguard ?buttplate ?ferules and nosecap are brass.? Curly maple stock with incised carvings.? Left side of buttstock has incised carvings of vines with deep indentations outlining the floral designs and flower leaves.? The same is on both sides of the wrist.? Deep carved moldings on both sides of the stock running from the toe of the stock up to the middle of the triggerguard.?Deep moldings carved and running parallel with the ramrod channel with deep indentations forward of the lock on both sides of the stock. Flintlock with border lines engraved outlining the lock. Condition: Barrel with a nice dark brown finish. Lock and hammer is consisted with the barrel.?Stock has the appearance of having been lightly cleaned and leaving behind traces of nice dark patina in the protected areas.? All brass has been lightly cleaned and has begun to re-patinate.?

Listed in SA Records.?"A" on the bottom flat of the barrel;?"A" on one flute and a "P" on another flute of the cylinder. An "A" on the side of top strap.? Three nice notches have been cut into the backstrap.?Walnut grips with matching numbers on the inside of the right grip. Condition: Barrel cylinder and frame?are grey mixed with pitting.?Grips with some nicks and dings.
