Brass patchbox and buttplate walnut stock. Incorrect but period cleaning rod. Previous owners initials TE crudely carved into stock possible soldier who carried this rifle. The rifles were known to be carried by Confederate soldiers as well. 49 1/4'' overall.CONDITION: One band spring not functioning repair to stock at tang trigger loose but functions typical scratches and dings for this wartime example.

*Colt First Generation Frontier Six-Shooter Single Action Army Revolver .44-40 cal. 4.75'' barrel S/N 298220. Blue finish hard rubber grips. Condition: This gun is in rough condition and is unsafe to shoot. The frame is cracked at the rear of the top strap on the left side where the barrel goes through the frame and has been poorly welded on the left side. The bore is very good with some patches of pitting throughout. The two-line barrel address is partially obliterated. The loading gate is missing and the grips are rough. This gun is only being sold for parts.

Flintlock Kentucky Rifle .40 cal. 42'' barrel. Unmarked except lock marked Ketland D Adams. Brass furniture with daisy-style plain patchbox. Curly maple full stock. Condition: Barrel has nice smooth patina brown with some pitting around the touch hole and pan. Lock is sharp with nice untouched dark brown look. Brass furniture has been cleaned. Stock has an old crack through the front of triggerguard and pin that holds the triggerguard. A small piece of wood has been added on left side of barrel from the breech extending .5'' wide 4'' long down the barrel. Stock has a couple of old repairs.

The gun retains much of the original blue, and much has turned to a rich plum brown. There bore is clean and good.
