Significant fire damage to center spine of vol. 3 affecting approx. 50 pp. the entire upper fore edge of vol. 2 affecting all leaves but mainly marginally and a portion of the spine on vol. 1; some leaves creased; overall wear to binding although the hinges are sturdy and the pages are overall in good condition save damage noted above.
