  FLORIDA GIANT SHUFFLEBOARD TROPHY 1940SFlorida Shuffleboard Trophy, Men's Doubles, from the 1930s-1940s. 15" tall. Silverplate, made by the Forbes Silver Company. Trophy name nicely engraved on the front, and on the back are engraved the names of six winners in the years between 1938 and 1946. The silver has apparently never been polished and it is now a deep, dead black color from 70 years of silver sulfide buildup. The inside appears to have been given a bronzing, most of which has disappeared. Would look very impressive on your bookcase, and there is room to add your own team names.
