Paper is hinged with an unknown red seal stamp to the back. Condition: clear corners very minor discoloration and spotting to paper minor discoloration to matting dings/dents to frame see images. Measures (sheet) 4.35'' tall x 6.55'' wide. Frame measures 12'' tall x 14.5'' wide. Shipping weight 2.5 lbs .
