REMINGTON CARTRIDGE CONVERSION MODEL 1863 POCKET REVOLV...This is a handsome nickel plated revolver, essentially a scaled down version of Remington’s incredibly successful Model 1858, It is in .32 caliber, converted from percussion to cartridge, probably at the time of manufacture. It still retains its percussion loading lever. Dimensions : 3.375 inch barrel, and the gun is 8.25 inches long overall. Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $25.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance.
Condition:
Very good condition, with wear to the nickel finish, and the grips, but with a tight, crisp action. Only seven known Remington 2ND Model pockets are engraved. Condition: All metal is sharp and crisp with a grey appearance and some black staining. Cylinder has a nice light patina. With beautiful vine style carved Ivory grips.

Frame retains 60%; the rest is thinning to a brown. Cylinder retains 70% with two bright lines through the cylinder. Brass guard still retains most of the silver-plated finish. Grips are excellent.

Remington New Model 1858 Percussion Revolver .44 cal. 7.5'' octagonal S/N 22721. Walnut grips. Condition: All metal is sharp and crisp with the barrel having a very old refinish possibly during the period of use. Frame and cylinder are very sharp and crisp bluish-grey look with some light pitting mixing in. Grips are good with an opened-grained look. A small chip out of the left grip. All sub-inspectors' initials are nice and sharp.

ENGRAVED REMINGTON NEW MODEL CONVERSION REVOLVER. .38 caliber six-shot cylinder 6 1/2'' octagonal barrel nickel-plated and engraved and ivory grips. S/n 5307. The backstrap is engraved ''E.T. Gunn.'' Bore fairly clean action smooth retains 80+% of its original plating with scattered light pitting and corrosion marks with some wear but still readable age cracks to the ivory grips.
