Remington Beals 2nd Model Pocket Percussion Revolv .31 cal. 3'' octagonal barrel S/N 177. Blued finish with etched cylinder checkered gutta percha grips. Pictured on page 90 of Remington's First Revolvers by Charles Schif (2007). One of seven known with the etched cylinder. Condition: Barrel retains 70% of the original blue finish which is thinning. Frame is vry sharp with nice light patina. Cylinder is very sharp and crisp showing all of the original etched panel. Grips are excellent.

ENGRAVED REMINGTON NEW MODEL CONVERSION REVOLVER. .38 caliber six-shot cylinder 6 1/2'' octagonal barrel nickel-plated and engraved and ivory grips. S/n 5307. The backstrap is engraved ''E.T. Gunn.'' Bore fairly clean action smooth retains 80+% of its original plating with scattered light pitting and corrosion marks with some wear but still readable age cracks to the ivory grips.

Remington New Model 1858 Percussion Revolver .44 cal. 7.5'' octagonal S/N 22721. Walnut grips. Condition: All metal is sharp and crisp with the barrel having a very old refinish possibly during the period of use. Frame and cylinder are very sharp and crisp bluish-grey look with some light pitting mixing in. Grips are good with an opened-grained look. A small chip out of the left grip. All sub-inspectors' initials are nice and sharp.

Factory engraved frame and etched panel cylinder with old original "slim jim"-style holster and checkered gutta percha grips. This revolver is illustrated on page 91 and? on the back cover of?Shif Charles. Remington's First Revolvers 2007. Condition: All metal is grey with sharp and crisp markings. Grips are excellent. Holster shows use but is a good example of a period holster.

Remington New Model 1858 Percussion Revolver .44 cal. 8'' round barrel S/N 43105. Barrel address: E. Remington & Sons Ilion New York. Blued finish with walnut grips. This may have come out of the Remington collection years ago. Condition: Barrel retains 70% of the bright blue finish with the end of barrel turning plum. Frame retains 92% of the original blue finish with the wear to the high edges. Cylinder retains 90% of the original blue finish and line through the cylinder stops. Grips are excellent.

RARE REMINGTON MODEL 1890 SINGLE ACTION ARMY REVOLVER. .44 CFW six-shot cylinder 5 1/2'' round barrel blued finish hard rubber grips. S/n 1041. Appears to retain 50% or more of its original bluing with gray patina in the loss areas a few minor spots of pitting (on the frame flat and on the cylinder) a few minor scratches (top of frame) grips with minor wear and two glued chips on the underside marks are crisp action is smooth. Numbers 77 and 1041 on the left side of the butt under the grip.

REMINGTON NEW MODEL ARMY REVOLVER. Transitional model without ''New Model'' mark .44 caliber six-shot cylinder 8'' octagonal barrel checkered walnut grips. S/n 17196. Accompanied by original accessories. According to tradition this revolver was originally carried by William Boston of the 1st Maryland Cavalry who was wounded and captured near Madison Mills Virginia and spent the remainder of his service in prison. Mottled patina with traces of bluing slightly stiff action minor chips to the grips fairly clean bore. Accompanied by NARA paperwork.

Frame retains 60%; the rest is thinning to a brown. Cylinder retains 70% with two bright lines through the cylinder. Brass guard still retains most of the silver-plated finish. Grips are excellent.
