After Daniel Chester French’s Marble, 1920-1922, of the seated Abraham Lincoln, Lincoln Memorial, Washington, DC. Heights 7 in. Widths 4.75 in. Depths 4.25 in. (Cond: copper-clad metal, good color & patina, some good wear) cf. Jennings Brothers Manufacturer Company commenced operations as metal smiths, circa 1892, in Bridgeport Connecticut. The firm is best known for their finely hand-crafted art metal work produced in the 1920’s through 1930’s. Early during the decade of the 1940’s Jennings Brothers refocused their production on the war effort.
