Dutch Bronze Alms Plate with repoussed decoration of Adam & Eve flanking the snake coiled around the apple tree in paradise, with ancient Germanic inscription as border, punch decorated flat rim with rolled edge, 16" diam., 1 3/4" deep. Well worn, silver solder filling where high points of bodies were worn through, great patina.
