ASSEMBLED 6-PIECE SUITE OF WICKER
ASSEMBLED 6-PIECE SUITE OF WICKER IN A RAREcattail design. Ca. 1895, unknown maker. It consists of a settee, 39" high, 44" wide, 20" deep, in original natural finish, very good condition with replaced pressed cane seat and some newer wrapping on legs. A rectangle lamp table with oak top and shelf, 28" high, 33" wide, 24" deep, very good original condition. Platform rocker, 41" high, 26" wide, 30" deep, very good original condition, the finials have been lightened by sun fading. Ladies rocker with older dark stain, 35" high, 21" wide, 31" deep, good condition. Ladies side chair, original finish, 37 1/2" high, 17" wide, 18" deep, fair condition, shows damage to one cattail and some unraveling to the legs. Umbrella stand, original natural finish, 31 1/2" high, 10" deep, very good condition. Provenance: Mary Jean McLaughlin Collection.

Hanging angle lamp; brass four burner light with adjustable decorative chain and ceiling mount, etched elbows, opalescent swirl chimneys. Font and harp 19"H. Stamped on top. Good condition, very minor damage. One small chip on one chimney. Small crease, dent and three cracks in font. Provenance: From the Indianapolis estate of Ted Z. Leslie.
