The diameter of the top hole is approximately 3 3/4'' dia. The bottom hole is approximately 3 1/4'' dia. The top and bottom openings have a somewhat rough texture that is consistent with the texture of the glass throughout the globe. This lamp may have been modified at some time in terms of height. The globe is likely not original to the lamp.
