Condition:
The item is in great condition with no visible tears, creases, or losses. The circuit board is housed in a protective circular plastic case with black foam. There are no visible issues with the circuit board; not inspected outside of the case. There are no tears or other visible damage to the certificate. When inspected under UV light, there is no visible sign of restoration.
