ANDINO'S HAND.Andino's Hand. Italy: Progetto Magia, ca. 2005. Electronically controlled rapping hand that responds to questions by tapping on a sheet of Lucite, once for yes and twice for no. A special device built in to the candlestick that accompanies the prop allows the performer to read messages and questions sealed inside envelopes that the hand can later answer. Includes detailed instructions, carrying case, and all accessories. Sold together with a second hand, not in working order but suitable for display or examination purposes. One cosmetic defect to stand, minor wear; good.

Female acrobat atop the metal ladder slowly raises herself to a vertical position, upside down, then releases the grip of one hand, performing a handstand. The acrobat makes three upward motions with her body, then lowers herself to rest. Bisque head, glass eyes, silk and lace costume, plush-covered base with cloth.
