Group of Chinese POWs playing seven card stud in South Korean POW camp (1951), Army Air Force personnel playing cards in what appears to be the fuselage of a bomber, two small photos of a ship and a plane with cards decorating the exterior perhaps to bring luck, two soldiers holding up playing cards, and four men in gas masks drinking and playing cards. Largest 8” x 10”.

TICKET ARMY-NAVY FOOTBALL GAME 1919This complete (not a stub) ticket is a "Member's Ticket" for the 1919 U.S. Military Academy and U.S. Naval Academy football teams. The game was played November 29, 1919 at the Polo Grounds in New York City. The ticket points out that a Member's Ticket can not be sold for money to any other person. Very fine condition, some bend marks on corners, slight soiling.

WWII US MILITARY NAVY SERVICE
WWII US MILITARY NAVY SERVICE COLLECTIONPersonal items from sailor "John D. Fink", Electrician's Mate Second Class, USN. Lot includes various patches, photo, dog tag, submarine warfare insignia, blanket & 1946 Honorable Discharge certificate from the United States Navy. The patches bear the names of one ship and two submarines. U.S.S. Crestview, U.S.S Crevalle and U.S.S. Tigrone. On 11 August, the first reports of Japan's surrender were received, but, for two more days, Tigrone continued her patrols, approaching within 50 miles (80 km) of the shore of Sagami Wan as she pursued lifeguard duties. On 13 August, with Navy pilots helping to spot targets, she bombarded Mikomoto Island, scoring 11 hits on a radio station and lighthouse tower.
