Lorena was a renowned female artist from Indianapolis. She attended Arsenal Technical High School and studied at John Herron Art Institute. She was an art teacher at St. Francis College, Mishawaka High School and Arsenal Tech High school. She exhibited from 1943 until 1956 including the Hoosier Salon.
