Finely crafted Flintlock boot pistol, figured mahogany stock, engraved lock plate and butt cap, 6-1/2 in. unmarked barrel, 9-7/8 in., in fitted mahogany veneered case, probably British, early 19th century, possibly a lady's model, 1-7/8 x 13-3/4 x 8 in. Old pewter color polished surfaces, stock refinished, slight wear to checkered grips, excellent condition. Private Collection, Charlotte, North Carolina.

Condition: Pistol is in good condition with the barrel grey mixing with pitting.? Lock with nice grey to brown patina and evenly matches the rest of the metal.? Stock shows wear but consisted with pistol and age.

Lock marked in Cyrillic script flat goose neck hammer iron water proof pan frizzen with roller frizzen spring with finial. Flat style lockplate. Condition: Pistol is excellent overall. Nice dark brown patina on the barrel and lock.
