Carriage Clock, Sparta model, with beveled glass front, back and side panels, time only movement, stamped "2748C", white enamel dial and black Arabic numerals, hinged top handle, 6 1/4" high (handle up), 3 1/8" x 2 1/2". Cracked glass side panel; dial hairlines, door veneer loss lower left corner; missing bottom panels; not observed running.

MONUMENTAL SHIP'S CLOCK. Chelsea Clock Company Boston Massachusetts early 20th century. Silvered dial with Chelsea mark ''Non Magnetic '' and Roman numerals. Red brass case. 16''d. (dial) 18 3/4''d. (case). Appears largely untouched; hour and minute hands bent some degradation of the silvered surface on the dial one dial screw replaced a few minor dings to the bezel. No Key. We never guarantee clocks to run. The serial number on the movement is 133478.
