Cotes. London, 1640, engraved frontispiece by W. Marshall, full paneled calf, raised spine ribs with gilt morocco label, 1755 pp., 14-1/4 x 9-5/8 in. Corners rubbed, normal scuffs and wear, hinges tight, interior clean with very light scattered toning, back with scuffs and losses, front end paper with handwritten recipe for "Pains in the stomuk [sic] and sides".
