CONDITION: Several scattered water stains, several tears in upper margin, paper loss in Brooklyn Building sky, abrasion across the Brooklyn Building, not examined out of the frame.

These plaques were given to firehouses with orders of Cairns helmets. It is believed only four examples exist. Dimensions: Height 19".
