American classical card table, fold-over top with highly figured veneers, stencil-decorated skirt and base support, cluster column support with gilt capitals and bands, cornucopia stenciled base, scrolled legs fitted with burlwood panels and original ram's head casters, possibly Boston, circa 1825, 29-1/2 x 35-3/4 x 18 in. (opens to 36 in.). Normal cracks and separations to veneers, legs set with four later braces, cracks and separations to base, tops of legs probably lacking applied rosettes.

New York classical card table, highly figured mahogany veneers, poplar and other secondary woods, fold-over top with felt-lined playing surface, carved gilt and verdigris painted supports and feet terminating in applied ormolu rosettes, probably original casters, school of Duncan Phyfe, New York, circa 1820, 29-1/2 x 36 x 18 in. (opens to 36 in.). Surface restorations to verdigris and gilding, felt playing surface old but not original, normal wear, abrasions, veneer cracks, some chips and losses to edge banding, loss to one rear knuckle.
