A Faience Cow Figure and a Decorated Dish The cow is decorated with a pale blue background and with cobalt, green and iron red flowers and designs, approx. 6-3/4"H x 10"L x 3"W, initials in brown underglaze on the underside, possibly Dutch. The dish has an undulating rim and measures approx. 8" x 8", hand decorated on the back in blue sponge pattern, with a green foliate border on the inside surrounding the image of two Breton girls with baskets of eggs. Initialed on the underside in blue underglaze, Porquier Beau, ca. 1894-1905.

Good, age related wear, chicken has couple tiny chips on her beak.
