TELECONCEPTS "CHROMEPHONE" MODEL ROTARY PHONE TeleConcepts (West Hartford, CT, active 1970s) rotary phone from their "Geometric" series, the "Chromephone" model with a Chrome sphere containing a rotary dial on a lucite column and octagonal lucite base. 9.5" H x 9" W x 9" D (approx.) Note: The TeleConcepts company specialized in unique contemporary telephone casings for architects and designers during the 1970s, after which they left the custom telephone business. This model was available in Rotary, Tone or Touch Outpulse models, as well as in a 24 karat gold plated version. Their motto was: "Tomorrow's phones today!"
