Chippendale architect's table, mahogany throughout with mahogany and oak secondary, single board mahogany top, ratcheted adjustable top, pull-out desk with felt-lined writing slide opening to fitted mahogany interior, one rotating quarter-round drawer and two hidden drawers, square legs with interior turned columns with some original casters in place, British, 18th century, 31 x 42 x 24-1/4 in. Old refinishing with some sun fading, scattered veneer patches and repairs, two early iron brace supports added to pull-out, other cracks, separations and minor repairs.
