ENGLISH PORCELAIN COALPORT TEA SET W/ COBALT TRIM, 15 P...English porcelain Coalport tea set, pattern number 2098, consisting of one (1) teapot, one (1) covered sugar bowl, one (1) creamer, one (1) footed waste bowl, two (2) serving plates (8" and 8 3/4" dia.), five (5) teacups, and four (4) saucers. Ranging in size from 2 1/4" H x 4" W to 6" H x 10" W. 19th century.
Condition:
Spout of teapot with chip, creamer with chip and spidering to rim, one teacup with a break, and all of the saucers with repaired breaks.

On four scrolled feet decorated in a cobalt blue underglaze with a hand painted floral Imari style pattern and gilt highlights. Unmarked. Crown finial with figural handles in the form of a face. Condition: large hairline to lid which has been reinforced with glue from underside chip to rim of lid minor wear to paint and gilt see images. Measures 10.75'' tall x 13.75'' wide.
