Colt style Dragoon brass powder flask, plunger top, two compartments, cannon, flags and panoply-of-arms over crossed rifles, pistols and Colt's patent ribald motif in relief, marked at top "Colt's Patent", two triangular carrying rings at base, later reproduction, 8-1/2 in. Retains 20-30 percent original surface, light corrosion and very minor dents. Collection of Courtney Smith, Sr., Highland Springs, Virginia.

PISTOL AND POWDER FLASK. Probably American. Eighteenth century flintlock pistol with curly stock engraved lock and brass trim. Imperfections. 12''l. And a later small brass flask with eagle 4 1/4''l. Pistol has repaired stock loose brass and split at lock.

Colt Model 1851 Navy Percussion Revolver .36 cal. 7.5'' barrel S/N 132894. With an original bag-shaped powder flask. Original Colt marked bullet mold; cased in a modern walnut case. Condition: Some of the screws in the frame have been replaced. Metal has been cleaned and aged. No cylinder scene left. Grips shows wear with some chips out on the bottom edge.

Model 1849 Colt Pocket Revolver serial number 51544, 4 in. barrel; in fitted case with Colt-marked bullet mold, with powder flask, bullets and nipple wrench, visible serial numbers match, in fitted mahogany case, these can be fired with a .22 short by removing the barrels. Barrels are marked "P.T. F.A. MFG. CO."

Condition: Very good condition with an excellent bore.?It retains nearly all of its original finish with some slight high edge wear on the barrel.

Cased Model 1849 Colt Percussion
Cased Model 1849 Colt Percussion Revolver .31 caliber 4'' barrel with single-line New York address S/N 188744. Five-shot all numbers match silver-plated backstrap and triggerguard. One-piece walnut grips. Mahogany wood case with red velvet lining eagle shield flask mold and key for the case. Condition: Case is excellent. Lining has some wear where the pistol was lying leaving the cylinder and barrel imprint. Flask is almost mint with all of the blue on the spring and a very tiny dint still retains most of the original applied lacquer. Mold retains 95% of the original blue finish with just a little brown flaking on the sprue cutter. Barrel retains 98% of the original blue finish; cylinder retains 90+ of the original blue finish losing a little on the front edge and on the shoulders of the cylinder. Retaining 100% of the cylinder scene. Loading lever has 98% of the original case colors frame retains 95% of the original case colors losing a little on the edges of the recoil shield. Backstrap and triggerguard retain 96% of the original silver-plated finish with just a little brass popping through on the edges. Walnut grips retain 100% of the varnished finish with couple very minute dents. This is a very strong case 4'' 1849 pocket Colt.
