Memphis" below in red and gold raised letters, with an multicolor raised image of a bottle of beer, flanked by 2 Tennessee Brewing Co. Trademarks depicting a seated man in a wide brim hat in the center of the sign, all surrounded by a gold and red line border. Labeled with manufacturer's mark "The H.D.
