DRESDEN PAINTED PORCELAIN PLATE CROSS SWORDS19th century Dresden painted porcelain plate depicting a young woman in 18th century garb. The painting is signed along the lower right. The plate is marked on the underside in blue and gold, and additionally inscribed "Potoka" and "D. 336." and a blue crossed swords mark, similar to Meissen. Dimensions: Diameter: 10 in.

Two Dresden Porcelain Figurines
Two Dresden Porcelain Figurines Depicting military figures in full dress uniforms holding a telescope in his right hand and the hilt of his sheathed sword in his left, approx. 11-3/4"H, and a 12"H depiction of the officer wearing his overcoat over his uniform, with his sword drawn in his right hand. Marked on the undersides. Painted in polychrome glazes, with the overcoated figure in slightly matte glazes. Both have gilt accents. The removable sword blade is metal (may not be the original). Both stand on matching bases with canted corners. Impressed names on the backs; "Ney" and "Lefebre".
